Come Tour our New Homes and Communities During the Triangle Parade of Homes

The Triangle Parade of Homes starts in October and is a great opportunity to see our latest new construction homes and new communities!

Presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, The Triangle Parade
of Homes is North Carolina’s largest open house tour. The tour is free, self-guided and open to the public. It runs from 12pm-5pm Oct. 6th-7th, 12th-14th and 19th-21st .

Our five Triangle Parade of Homes entries include:

  • The Bluffs model home at 361 Joyner Bluff Drive in Wake Forest. Located adjacent to E. Carroll Joyner Park, The Bluffs at Joyner Park offers a convenient location in the heart of Wake Forest. This 50-lot community offers private, wooded home sites and home plans ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet.
  • Crestview at 116 Crestview Road in Raleigh features a great Midtown location! There are three homes available with four and five-bedroom floor plans and gourmet kitchens as well as a convenient location to great shopping and I-440!
  • Jackson Manor at 3248 Donlin Drive in Wake Forest. This carefully planned community of 67 total home sites is nestled in Wake Forest and boasts large home sites with magnificent views of the surrounding rolling hills.
  • Barrington at 520 Barrington Hall Drive and 536 Barrington Hall Drive in Rolesville. Barrington offers 50 beautiful new home sites on one third acre lots. Enjoy Rolesville’s great schools, shopping, dining, parks and small community feel. Barrington is located down the street from Rolesville Elementary and only minutes away from Wake Forest, Raleigh, and RTP.
